Responsibilities:
Configure and manage cloud environments
Lead user onboarding and environment setup
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
Manage hybrid cloud-premises integrations
Implement security best practices
Oversee license management and compliance
Monitor system performance and availability
Coordinate with cloud service providers
Maintain documentation and support procedures
Drive continuous infrastructure improvement
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years cloud infrastructure experience
Strong background in DevOps practices
Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Excellence in user support and troubleshooting
Security implementation expertise
Knowledge of JIRA and support tools
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Experience with hybrid environments
Infrastructure automation skills
