Assistant Store Manager- Williston

TA Travel Center is a leading operator of travel centers that provides an exceptional customer experience across its gas stations, convenience stores, and restaurants. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Williston, ND. The successful candidate will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, maximizing sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation. Salary: $60K.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Store Operations:
    • Assist in managing the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
    • Participate in the opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
