Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

The Duopoly Producer’s primary responsibilities are to produce, organize and coordinate all elements involved in creating and producing a fast-paced live daily lifestyle broadcast in Miramar, Fl. This individual will work closely with the lifestyle programming Executive Producer, Associate Producer, Reporters and Hosts. This individual must be a team leader with the ability to bring everyone together for a common goal, while leading with respect and integrity. They must have a comprehensive understanding of television and digital production, with outstanding bilingual (English/Spanish) written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate must also have connections and networking skills, knowledge of editing systems, camera operation and experience backtiming a show from control room during live broadcast. They must also have the ability to write copy, edit video, produce and gather content under heavy deadline pressure, without compromising accuracy or credibility. Must be willing to react to last minute changes and adjust rundown accordingly, contribute story ideas daily, create graphics, assign & edit copy, produce other lifestyle shows & specials, communicate and collaborate with the news department and help with news coverage and breaking news when needed.
