Medical Records Requestor

Our offerings include Neodeluxe Legal Solutions, Work-Relay process and workflow solutions for Salesforce, Robotic Process Automation, and Application Integration. In order to continue our growth, we are seeking a Medical Records Requestor! This person will be responsible for obtaining, organizing and maintaining medical records and related documentation required. Curious what your day would look like as a Medical Records Requestor? Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Tasks Request and obtain medical records via the properly designated records vendor. 
  • Client communication concerning dates of diagnosis, treatment, locations of treatment, etc. 
  • Record tracking and follow-up. 
  • Processing records delivered in response to requests into the client’s management system. 
  • Verify accuracy and completeness. 
  • Coordinate with the legal team. 
  • Data entry and record management.
  • Maintaining professional interactions with clients via email and telephone. 
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Proficiency in managing medical records is preferred. 
  • Experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, and Outlook). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
