Role overview: 

Step into the world of healthcare technology as a Market Integrity Coordinator on the Market Integrity Team at Nursa. As a vital team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch clinicians are providing quality care to patients through the Nursa app. By conducting and managing thorough background checks for clinicians using state databases and a trusted third-party company, your role will play a pivotal part in maintaining regulatory compliance and upholding the integrity of our platform. Responsibilities:

• Run background checks using various platforms for the team of clinicians

• Provide guidance to clinicians throughout the background check process, offering necessary information and support

• Maintain clinician accounts by updating and managing information and credentials.

• Monitor and report metrics to ensure optimal efficiency

• Assist in the collection and analysis of feedback and data from clinicians to measure satisfaction and success

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Communicate and educate team members on established processes

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Meticulous attention to detail to meet all specifications

• Adaptability and ability to learn in a dynamic environment

• Experience with CRMs, particularly Salesforce, is a plus but not required
