In this pivotal role, you'll be at the helm of managing an extensive administrative support contract, covering about 100 staff members across various locations. Your mission will be to foster operational excellence while ensuring compliance and promoting a cohesive team culture. As the primary liaison among contractor staff, regional managers, and senior leadership, you will oversee all aspects of Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance, develop performance metrics dashboards, and prepare detailed reports for upper management. Your role extends to team development where you'll design onboarding programs, organize virtual events, and mentor your team, ensuring a unified organizational culture is maintained. Lastly, you'll build strong relationships with customer management, focus on resolving conflicts, and promptly address concerns to maintain operational continuity. Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing federal SCA contracts, possess strong interpersonal skills, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
