We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and communication for our contractors and Giga Guides. This role ensures efficient operations by managing schedules, verifying equipment information, and maintaining clear communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule contractors and GigaGuides based on project needs and availability.
· Ensure all assigned jobs have the correct and up-to-date equipment information.
· Contact customers to schedule or reschedule appointments as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of schedules, job details, and customer interactions.
· Communicate changes or updates to relevant teams in a timely manner.
· Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and provide quick resolutions.
· Assist with dispatch-related administrative tasks as required.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
· Ability to adapt to fast-changing schedules and priorities.
