SET THE COURSE

The Workforce Systems Manager role is to assist with the implementation and ensure the ongoing operation of our retail/restaurant workforce software systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical configuration and operational excellence, working closely with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation, enhance productivity, and maintain compliance with policies.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define SaaS requirements and implementation goals. This will include both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist with the configuration and customization of the SaaS to align with organizational needs.
  • Responsible for running regular updates to keep the software current. Provide internal teams with information updates and tools.
  • Partner with retail/restaurant leaders to ensure data accuracy and system functionality. Collect regular feedback from internal leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with IT/PM as the business voice/driver and owner of the Legion platform.  This collaboration will include the management and review of all processes associated from the input and output of the platform.
  • Conduct system testing and implement changes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business requirements, including system upgrades.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and generate reports related to item sales details, inventory management, scheduling, time tracking, productivity, and compliance.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues in collaboration with IT and software vendors.
  • Assess and implement updates or enhancements to the SaaS system to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure compliance with financial rules and company policies.
  • Collaborate with senior retail/restaurant leadership teams to ensure the effective use and compliance of all retail software.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to scheduling and workforce management.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in relevant technology.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Generally, 3 years of experience in an industry-related environment using enterprise business applications
  • Generally, 3 years of applicable forecasting and analyst experience.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing the Legion platform or similar taskforce management software.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, and timekeeping best practices.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting workforce data.
  • Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Basic understanding of scripting or data querying for advanced reporting is helpful.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: 103,200.00 to 130,000.00 annually
