We're seeking a Team Leader to uphold and enhance the standards of our Loss Prevention Team. In this crucial role, you'll oversee quality assurance processes, implement performance metrics, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in theft detection. You'll have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest standards in loss prevention operations.
Lead the Quality Team in monitoring and evaluating the performance of loss prevention operations.
Establish and enforce quality control measures to enhance accuracy in theft detection.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize service quality.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to address quality-related challenges.
Identify trends, generate reports, and recommend improvements for better service delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
Ability to lead and coach teams to uphold quality standards.
Proficiency in quality monitoring tools, Google Suite, and data analysis software.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Availability to work during US business hours.
Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Microsoft 365
Experience in loss prevention, security, or retail technology industries.
Background in implementing quality control frameworks.
Familiarity with AI-driven fraud detection and monitoring tools.
