Brand Designer

Pendo seeks a Brand Designer to strengthen our Marketing team.This role empowers software companies to provide powerful self-serve analytics & in-app comms tools to their PMs, Design Managers, and other product roles.The ideal candidate will be both creative and disciplined, with interest in thinking outside of the box while also creating and maintaining consistent brand style and visual vocabularies using our evolving design system.Responsibilities:• A self-starter who makes effective design decisions with little direction• Collaborate & communicate effectively with design peers and across the organization• Ability to manage a complex workload and prioritize in accordance with business needs• Strong time management skills and meticulous attention to detail• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly and produce deliverables consistently• Motivated by working in a fast-pace, rapidly growing organizationExpectations:• Closely collaborate with product marketing, campaign, event, and editorial teams to produce assets, often on tight deadlines• Conceptualize and execute designs for various marketing materials – including websites, campaign promotions, event signage, infographics, advertising, and social media• Experiment with and apply various visual communications methods and media, including video and interactive digital experiences• High competency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma• Web design / design system interest and/or experience• Desire to strengthen the chemistry, diversity, and inclusiveness of our team
