Job Description:

A Product Designer owns and drives the end-to-end design process for significant product features and experiences. They identify user needs, define problems, and craft comprehensive design solutions that balance user value with business impact. Through strong product thinking and system-level understanding, they create cohesive experiences across products while mentoring junior designers and contributing to our design system.

  • Design new visual, motion, and interaction design patterns
  • Design and ship high-quality user interface components and patterns
  • Drive updates and improvements to the design system
  • Collaborate frequently with Product Design, Engineering and Brand partners
  • Ensure cohesive design language across products
  • Lead design reviews and provide strategic guidance
  • Conduct and analyze user research
  • Mentor early-career designers

  • Experience in Product Design; portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design skills

The annual US base salary range for this role is $110,700- $136,700 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
