Senior Social Media & Content Manager

Lead Our Social Media Revolution

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Social Media & Content Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. This is not just a job – it's an opportunity to lead a dynamic team and transform how we connect with culinary enthusiasts across digital platforms.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you'll lead a talented team of 6 creative professionals, driving our social media strategy across organic and paid channels.
Your mission: build brand awareness, grow our community, and support sales through compelling, high-performing content.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • Manage and develop a team of Social Media Executives and creative specialists
  • Lead the creative direction for both organic and paid social content
  • Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy to amplify brand reach
  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships with precision and creativity

Essential Experience:

  • 5+ years in social media marketing, content strategy, or performance-driven creative
  • Proven track record in managing influencer partnerships and content collaborations
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring creative teams
  • Deep understanding of social growth strategies and audience engagement techniques
  • Expertise in developing high-performing ad creatives for social media
  • Must have experience with paid social media
