Annual Salary: $88,000 - $98,000 plus bonus and COLA increase annually

Are you ready to empower others and transform environments as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master Trainer with QBS? This exciting opportunity allows you to travel across the country, delivering Safety-Care® training programs that equip organizations with essential skills for improving safety and managing behavioral challenges. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing trainers in schools, healthcare, and human services organizations, ensuring they can teach effective, evidence-based strategies for managing challenging behaviors. Your expert guidance will extend beyond the training room, positively impacting educators, clinicians, and other professionals who support individuals in need. This position offers extensive travel (up to 30 weeks per year) to dynamic training locations, while also allowing for a healthy work-life balance with remote work opportunities when not on-site. You’ll lead engaging, hands-on training sessions, address questions from participants, and contribute to the ongoing development of training materials. We’re looking for a BCBA with 3-5+ years of experience in training and a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to stay ahead of ABA advancements, all while being part of a supportive team dedicated to impactful work.
