  • Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality static images that align with each client’s brand voice. Your work will be used across multiple paid channels, including Meta and TikTok, as well as emails and other static assets.

  • Responsibilities:

- Design static ads for Meta and TikTok paid channels, as well as emails and other digital assets.

- Develop ad copies aligned with the brand’s voice and messaging.

- Work closely with the team to gather client insights and project details.

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, revisions, and optimizations.

- Address feedback efficiently while maintaining high creative standards.

- Resize and organize assets to meet platform specifications.

- Minimum of 1 year of design experience working with assets in English.

- Design experience in the paid media or agency space with a strong understanding of branding and ad performance best practices.

- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for asset creation.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Flexible and adaptable, able to iterate quickly based on feedback.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: USD $2,000
  • Schedule and Time Zone: Full-time, M-F, 8-5 or 9-6 EST
  • Benefits:
    • 2 Paid Time Off (PTO) Week - 10 PTO days
