1099 Window Installer

Mad City Windows & Baths is hiring immediately and expanding throughout the Midwest and East Coast! With the growth and expansion, Mad City Windows is searching for established contractors who have home, condo, apartment, remodeling or construction experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience

  • Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens

  • Established LLC or Business

  • Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members

  • Worker's comp and Liabiity insurance


The main duties include:

  • Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures

  • Apply finish work as needed for every application

  • Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

  • Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion

  • Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
