Resilience is in search of dynamic recent graduates and early career professionals ready to embark on a rewarding journey as part of our Operations team, providing essential support to our cyber and tech E&O underwriting team by assisting in the evaluation of insurance applications, preparing documents, and maintaining records. Your contributions will ensure the timely and accurate processing of underwriting information, helping our team assess risks and make informed decisions. Being part of our collaborative environment, you will gain insights from our seasoned leaders across various departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Marketing & Distribution, Finance & Legal, and our internal Security Operations Team. 




Responsibilities
  • Assist a team of underwriters in reviewing and processing insurance applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of insured information in order to be properly underwritten.
  • Respond to inquiries from brokers, clients and other team members regarding policy details and any other portfolio information
  • Establishing a relationship with brokers to help ensure smoothness transactions to help deepen the relationship
  • Work with other departments (claims, security sales, security engagement team, PAS team) to ensure the portfolio is being properly managed.
  • Prepare and issue policies, endorsements and continue to maintain file compliance throughout the policy term.
