About the role:

We are a fast-paced, creative, and customer-oriented team with employees in San Francisco, Atlanta, and London. We are looking for an Operations Admin to help support our North American Returns and Fulfillment team. This opportunity requires an individual who holds the customer experience as paramount and is detail oriented.

In this role, you will: 

  • Order Verification: Verify the accuracy of order information, and update based on new inventory and shipping information.
  • Order Processing: Assist with creation of hardware shipments for internal Samsara employees
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with Inventory team and update orders due to inventory availability
  • 3PL Communication: Work with our 3PL warehouse facilities to obtain custom S&H quotes
  • Reporting: Help generate reporting for specific business requests
  • Data Validation: Review records in our ERP systems and update records accordingly
  • Team Collaboration: Support Operations Specialists, as well as other key stakeholders, with day to day tasks and requests

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 0-1 years experience as an operations admin or data analyst
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required
  • B.A./B.S. required, preferably in a business or operations discipline
  • Strong spoken and written language skills for working with multiple teams and publishing documentation
  • Familiarity with many business systems solutions for order modifications and handling fulfillment transactions between applications 
  • Candidate must be based in Mexico (preferably Mexico City), or willing to relocate
