Complexity:
This is an Expert/lead technical role requiring advanced PeopleSoft Financial functional
skills. The consultant will work on a complex project with statewide impact and requires
subject matter expertise in multiple financial process areas. Provides strategic direction,
guidance, and integrated solutions to enterprise-wide quality engineering initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Analyze critical application and data accuracies to identify overall performance and
quality trends and their impact on quality and accuracy.
Conduct targeted reviews to QA targets and test scenario results for overall
adherence to approved and expected results, business processes adherence,
desktop procedures and functional outcomes.
Identify correction, prevention, and improvement opportunities and facilitating their
implementation.
Monitor proposed changes to approved operational procedures and business
processes to ensure that they are in accordance with expectations.
Facilitate team and user meetings effectively,
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion,
Review status and documentation prepared by the team and provide status reports
and communication, and
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
