Your work will emphasize a balance of aesthetics, sustainability, and accessibility, enhancing the living experience for residents. Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills will be vital to your success. Requirements

 

Qualifications:

Only candidates with unrestricted U.S. work authorization will be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Landscaping Design, Architecture, Design, Landscaping Technology or similar.


10+ years of experience in landscaping design related projects, multifamily gated community experience is a plus.


Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, PRO Landscape or similar).


Previous experience in landscaping design, project management, and/or landscape crew oversight preferred.


Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including experience coordinating with external firms or stakeholders.


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with world-class firms and internal teams seamlessly.


Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work under tight deadlines.


Familiarity with sustainable landscaping design practices, and emerging landscaping trends is a plus.


A portfolio showcasing completed landscaping design projects will be requested for all candidates.

Additional Details:
This is an on-site role.


We do not offer remote or hybrid working opportunities.


This position is in Downtown Houston, Texas 77002.


The salary range is between $78,000 - $104,000 per year.


Full-Time Benefits: After completion of a probationary period, you will be eligible for full-time company benefits.


The ideal candidate must be available to start within two weeks of acceptance date.
