UI/UX Designer

A leading asset management platform designed to help teams track, manage, and optimize their equipment effortlessly. With a user-friendly interface and powerful features, the platform ensures businesses maintain full control over their valuable assets, reducing losses and increasing efficiency. Location: Full-time, Fully-remote, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

About the Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and take our user experience to the next level. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered designs. You will be responsible for designing and improving our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.

  • Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

  • Maintain and enhance the existing design system and UI components.

  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

  • Collaborate with product managers to align design decisions with business goals and user needs.

  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

  • Ability to work with design systems and maintain visual consistency across products.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.

  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience in designing for B2B SaaS products.
