Our Opportunity:

Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Team at Burger King based in Zug, Switzerland. Within the team, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing strategy, through analyzing regional sales, profit, product mix and consumer insights data across business segments. Key position requirements include strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and presentation skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support our field team with local analyses, including supporting local DMA marketing meetings.
  • Analyze topline (sales and traffic) and profit results across our restaurant base
  • Create effective tracking reports for market tests & local initiatives
  • Present performance deep dives to senior leadership
  • Implement analytics tool to support field analyses
  • Training field team on analytical process
  • Support action plan development and follow up processed for the field

Your skills & experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field.
  • 1+ years of data related marketing, finance or consulting experience.
  • Strong analytics & communication skills.
  • Strong organization and planning skills to complete responsibilities in designated timeframes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SQL, and Power BI will be an additional advantage.
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship.

Our work from home policy is 4 days per week in the office with Friday being the day that you can work fully from home.
