We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in the MarTech space to define, design, and launch innovative multichannel workflows and customer journey capabilities. This role is pivotal in empowering businesses to scale their customer engagement through automated conversational messaging pathways, driving substantial growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Design & Innovate: Lead and design a new interface that transforms how brands engage with digital consumers through intuitive, flexible, and impactful customer journeys & workflows.
  • UX Discovery & Research: Lead discovery initiatives to uncover valuable insights and drive impactful research. Share findings clearly and help the team run measurable experiments to guide product direction. 
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with product, engineering, marketing, and sales to bring design visions to life. Build strong relationships and clearly communicate the team’s mission while advocating for the best user outcomes.
  • Embrace Ambiguity: Approach uncertainty and unknowns with curiosity, working to create clarity through validation, rigorous collaboration, and user insights. Guide the team toward actionable clarity in complex situations.
  • UX/UI Strategy: Define and execute a scalable design strategy that aligns with company goals and enhances user experience.
  • Usability Testing & Metrics: Establish and monitor key usability and engagement metrics to assess design effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in UX for automated marketing pathways, sharing insights both internally and externally.

 

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Extensive product design experience in a relevant field, with a strong focus on marketing buyers, customer engagement, and email/marketing automation.
  • Proven background as a Product Designer in the MarTech/customer engagement space, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and design principles related to digital marketing and automation.
  • Exceptional ability to develop design strategies that enhance product growth and align with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills, working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Keen interest in AI and discovering new ways to apply it both internally and externally to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
