Skills You’ll Use and Build On 

UI Designer skills you'll build on: 

  • Designing and implementing responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing user interfaces. 
  • Collaborating with backend developers, and product managers and ensuring seamless integration of front-end elements with backend functionality. 
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, Figma). 
  • Optimising UI components for maximum performance across multiple devices and browsers. 
  • Staying updated on emerging trends in UI/UX design and development, incorporating best practices into projects. 

SCRUM Master skills you'll build on: 

  • Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
  • Ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and Scrum practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organising environment. 
  • Tracking and managing sprint progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks or bottlenecks. 
  • Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. 
  • Continuously improving team productivity and deliverables by identifying areas for process optimisation.
