As a Youth Soccer Coach at Soccer Shots, your primary responsibilities will include conducting engaging soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, setting up and taking down the field, and fostering character development through positive reinforcement. You'll implement our expert-created curriculum and ensure a safe, inclusive environment while effectively communicating with families, caregivers, and teachers.

To qualify for the Youth Soccer Coach position at Soccer Shots, candidates should have a genuine passion for working with children and sports. A commitment to safety is essential, along with access to reliable transportation. Physical ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate soccer skills is also required. Prior coaching experience isn't necessary since comprehensive training is provided.
