Sodexo is seeking a Executive Chef 2 for HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital located in Panama City, FL. HCA Florida Gulf Coast is a fully accredited, 282-bed facility, offering comprehensive care, including advanced cardiac assessment and treatment, certified women's services and dedicated spaces for adult and pediatric emergency services.
The Executive Chef 2 at this location will manage a team of approximately 50 Sodexo employees, and be responsible for the facilities culinary programs which include utilization of their new "EFY" (Expressly for You) patient dining program, the cafeteria, retail services, catering and fine dining services, doctor's lounge, inventory controls, operations, along with the unit's Safety and HACCP program.
