Software Support Consultant

We are looking for a Software Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your Contribution to the Team

  • Participate in the analysis, development, configuration, and support of innovative applications and services.
  • Focus on electronic document exchange (EDI) and business process integration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field (AEI/TEI/IEK).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar support/consulting role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal).
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates).
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients.
  • Demonstrates patience, professionalism, and persistence.
  • Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate constructively with others.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand new technologies rapidly.
  • Skilled in problem diagnosis, analysis, and resolution.
  • Demonstrates organizational behavior, methodical thinking, and reliability.
  • Knowledge or experience with EDI standards and processes is highly desirable.
