Property Management Operations Intern

SoLa Impact is looking for a rockstar Property Management Operations Intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of property management. This isn’t your typical internship—we want go-getters who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to meaningful projects that impact communities in Los Angeles.

Duration:

  • Cohort 1 - Monday, May 26 - Thursday, August 21 (11-12 wk)
  • Cohort 2 - Monday, June 23 - Thursday, September 18 (12 wk)

Location: The Beehive, 961 E. 61st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001
Compensation: $20-$24 per hour
Schedule: 9AM-6PM M-F, ON-SITE

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers in Action)

  • 💼 Assist the Property Management team in coordinating daily operations across multiple properties
  • 📄 Help prepare reports, documentation, and communication materials that keep everything running smoothly
  • 🔍 Participate in property inspections and assist in identifying maintenance needs
  • 🏠 Assist in the leasing process—including conducting property showings and processing applications
  • 📞 Liaise with tenants, vendors, and property owners to address inquiries and concerns
  • 📈 Maintain and update key performance indicators for Property Management
  • 🗺️ Organize and coordinate property-related events and programs
  • 🚀 Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments

    • Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Real Estate, or related degree program
    • 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office (bonus points for property management software experience!)
