Sr. Associate, Provider Engagement

Strive Health is seeking a Sr. Associate for Provider Engagement to help transform kidney care through strategic relationships with providers. The role is focused on delivering quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease.

  • Plans and executes effective provider group meetings.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare administration or business administration
