Job Summary:

As part of the Data Center Solution Group, we are seeking a driven and strategic Data Center Product Manager to lead the development and growth of cutting-edge data center solutions. This role focuses on expanding market opportunities and overseeing the entire product lifecycle for High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI supercomputing, and next-generation infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as AMD, Intel, Nvidia…, etc., and other industry leaders to deliver innovative and competitive solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for data center solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and testing teams to develop solutions that meet evolving customer and market demands
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to launch and post-launch optimization
• Manage product material procurement and oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of customer requirements
• Partner with technology leaders like Nvidia, AMD, Schneider…, etc., and other vendors to co-develop future-ready solutions
• Support pre-sales activities by working with customers and providing technical expertise and strategic insights
• Lead go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote new solutions effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with market needs
• Provide product training for internal teams, partners, resellers, and end customers to ensure deep understanding of product offerings
• Assist with daily managerial tasks and support broader strategic initiatives within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management, Computer and Electrical Engineering (ECE), Master of Information Technology (MIT), or a related field (MEM or MSTM preferred)
• 5+ years of product management experience within data center solutions, HPC, AI infrastructure, or related IT industries
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and post-launch growth
• Familiarity with vendor partnerships and co-development processes with industry leaders
• In-depth knowledge of data center architecture, including Cloud, HPC, and AI/ML infrastructures
• Technical expertise in data center networking and cabling
• Understanding of advanced cooling solutions, including liquid cooling systems for high-density environments
• Experience working with overall data center power management
• Good knowledge related to Computing and Storage Servers
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, sales, and marketing teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to lead complex projects under tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events

Salary Range

$89,000 - $150,000 

The offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
