Supersocial was founded by Yonatan Raz-Fridman “Yon" (CEO), Pedro Romi (CFO), Luiza Justus (Head of Creative) and Tatiana Wlasek (Chief Operations Officer), together bringing demonstrable track record in building and scaling consumer tech companies and brands. Our CEO Yon is recognized as a trailblazer and thought leader in the metaverse space both for his work with Supersocial and his podcast Into The Metaverse.

Our special sauce is combining creator talent who grew up on the Roblox platform with creatives and operators with decades of experience building consumer brands and telling stories in creative ways. The Supersocial team combines deep Roblox expertise with AAA experience and creative storytellers who, together, design cutting edge experiences that feels authentic to metaverse communities.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Supersocial is a dynamic and innovative game development studio dedicated to creating immersive and visually stunning game experiences on Roblox and other metaverse platforms. As part of our expanding Creative Team, we are seeking a talented and versatile Concept Artist who will play a key role in bringing ideas to life visually. You will report to the Head of Creative and collaborate closely with the Creative Team on generating concept art for pitches while also providing support to games in development, working with each team’s Lead Artist to create concept art for environments, characters, props, and assets. The successful candidate will have a highly conceptual mindset, the ability to generate original ideas, and the skills to execute them efficiently and in multiple styles.

YOU'LL ENJOY THIS ROLE IF YOU CAN...

• Collaborate with other creatives to develop and visualize game concepts, ideas, and narratives through visually striking artwork.

• Work closely with game teams to create high-quality concept art for environments, characters, props, and assets, adhering to the established artistic direction and style.

• Generate quick sketches, storyboards, and mood boards to communicate ideas effectively and efficiently.

• Iterate on concepts based on feedback from the team and adjust the artwork to align with the evolving game design requirements.

• Collaborate with other team members, including game designers and artists to ensure a cohesive visual style and seamless integration of concept art into the game production pipeline.

• Assist in the creation of style guides and visual documentation to ensure consistent art direction throughout the game development process.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality concept art within tight deadlines.

• Assist in light design work, including adding logos, resizing images, and basic graphic design tasks, to support marketing materials, promotional assets, or in-game UI elements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Have

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a versatile style and showcasing the ability to compose full scenes as well as draw individual items.
