In this exciting role, you will handle customer inquiries via email, design engaging email templates, conduct product research and analysis, and prepare insightful regular reports to help our team shine. We’re looking for someone with excellent English skills, preferably at the C1 level, as well as experience with AWS or other cloud platforms. If you have strong networking knowledge, customer support experience with cloud products, and proficiency in Salesforce, you're already a great fit! A service-driven attitude is essential as we strive to provide the best service possible. Additionally, having a personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload) is key. Plus, if you have experience with billing and invoicing reports, that's a bonus!
