Motion Designer (2D/3D)

Are you a bold, innovative motion designer with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling visuals? A leading US creative agency is looking for a Motion Designer to bring dynamic animations to life across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

    • Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations that enhance storytelling and brand narratives.
    • Develop engaging motion work for digital, social, broadcast, and experiential platforms.
    • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative leads to establish tone, vibe, and visual direction.
    • Experiment with new animation techniques (cel, stop motion, kinetic typography, etc.) to push creative boundaries.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, maintaining high-quality execution and attention to detail.
    • 5+ years of motion design experience with a strong technical foundation in 2D animation.
    • Experience in agency environment
    • Strong English communication
    • Expertise in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation tools.
    • A strong sense of aesthetics, visual storytelling, and the ability to cultivate a unique tone for each project.
    • Experience with varied animation styles (cel animation, stop motion, kinetic typography, etc.) is a big plus.
    • A brave, innovative mindset, always pushing creative and technical boundaries.
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.

Position: Motion Designer

Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000 USD

PTO: 15 days vacation + US holidays + 2 weeks office closure

Working Hours: US Time Zones

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
