Job Description

  • Partner, service & support your territory's dealer network with the tools and resources to grow sales as a Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributor. 
  • Educate & train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices.
  • Ensure Techo-Bloc’s brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
  • Take pride in maintaining the reputation of the company as an industry leader in consumer experience, contractor education, and customer service. 
  • Home office-based with outside sales activities throughout the Atlanta area.
  • Some overnight travel is required. 

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (selling or installing).
  • Experience in building action plans, deciphering sales reports and building customer sales strategies.
  • Must possess or have ability to receive a valid passport and be able to come to Canada for Head Office training/meetings.
  • Position requires physical movement.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs. 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Techo-Bloc offers formal sales and product knowledge training and boasts the industry’s most extensive video library for continued self-paced education.

Sales Representatives are eligible for uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $85,000 - $120,000+ per year.

The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
The employee must frequently transport and move items up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain stationary for extended periods and/or move throughout dealer and vendor spaces. Employees must frequently use a computer and mobile device. The employee is frequently required to communicate with other employees and customers. The employee is occasionally required to ascend and descend steps and ladders, bend, and kneel. Frequently operates motor vehicles to perform customer and dealer visits and outreaches. May occasionally use hand tools, power tools, and/or hardscape tools. Frequent exposure to the outdoor elements takes place.
