COUPA Project Manager - PMP REQUIRED

Description

Day in the life: Design sessions, requirements refining, Project planning, vendor management, stakeholder engagement and executive presentations on status updates. The PM will help move the implementation of changes and requirements while facilitating important meetings to make sure the team understand the priorities and tracking the rate log. Priorities will change from day to day. Someone who is cross functionally trained to be able to drive what is most important that day.

1. Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise technology implementations, with a focus on Coupa procurement solutions.

2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, finance, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project execution.

4. Drive stakeholder engagement, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project goals, risks, and milestones.

5. Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring projects adhere to best practices and governance standards.

6. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues to maintain project timelines and deliverables.

7. Ensure seamless integration of Coupa with ERP and other financial systems, optimizing procurement and spend management processes.

8. Utilize PMP-certified best practices to enhance project efficiency, documentation, and reporting.

9. Conduct post-implementation reviews, ensuring project success, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Coupa implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Maintain executive presence, effectively communicating with Sr leadership

Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira to organize and track project progress.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive project priorities and ensure alignment with business goals.

Conduct design sessions, requirements gathering, and implementation of changes.

Manage onboarding, terminations, and permissions across the enterprise.

5 Month + project with potential to extend and/or convert further down the road. The project ends at the end of Q3 they have 10+ contractors right now and if they like someone, they will extend them and/or convert fulltime. Presented as straight contract but possibility to extend and/or convert.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
