We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for one or more of our core products. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional stakeholders to build customer-centric solutions that drive business impact.

Location:

We offer flexibility in how you work! Our employees can choose to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. (except California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New York), join us in our Austin, Texas office, or opt for a hybrid setup. Whether you prefer the structure of an office, the convenience of remote work, or a mix of both, we support what works best for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Translate product vision and strategy into prioritized features, accounting for highest impact and fastest time-to-market

  • Understand and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decisions behind product and feature development

  • Work closely with business owners, engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to ensure an efficient, collaborative, and high-quality product development process

  • Create, launch, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize our funnel and results page

  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to gather data to support and prioritize effective, innovative product enhancements

  • Acceptance test engineering solutions to ensure they meet requirements, solve intended business problems, and fit within the product vision

  • Advocate for the user and the importance for educating them on insurance while maintaining a focus on monetization

  • Advocate for a user-centered approach that balances education, usability, and monetization, while staying informed on trends shaping the insurance industry.

What We're Looking For:

As we evaluate candidates across all roles, we look for folks who have a strong sense of ownership, great communication and collaboration skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

  • 3+ years experience in a consumer-facing product management or equivalent role

  • Experience working closely with engineers and designers in agile or scrum environments.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex ideas for different audiences.

  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating intuitive, impactful products.

  • Proficiency in product tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and data tools like Looker, Amplitude, or similar.

Experience that will Impress the Heck Out of Us:

  • Technical experience with software development/publishing code

  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, A/B testing, wireframing, and prototyping

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000 per year. The final salary amount will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, and insights gained throughout the interview process.
