We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. This role reports to the Associate Vice President of Product and will work closely with Yield, Engineering, Merchandising Operations, and other cross-functional product & business teams. You will be responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution for aspects of our Inventory Lifecycle while driving business impact and operational efficiency.
What you'll do:
Define and own aspects of the Inventory Lifecycle product roadmap (such as procurement, receiving, and launching) ensuring alignment with overall business and operational objectives
Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback (internal and external) to prioritize features and enhancements.
Establish and track key success metrics to measure the effectiveness of Inventory initiatives and function
Partner with Yield, Engineering, Merchandising Operations, and relevant Product teams to drive product development, define process workflows and ensure successful launches.
Participate in technical discussions with Engineering to devise lean, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Utilize a highly data-driven approach to inform decision-making and strategy.
Rigorously analyze data to drive product improvements and optimizations.
Execute strategies with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to prioritize conflicting requirements.
Lead by example, fostering a selfless and collaborative leadership style across teams - for instance, by aligning cross-functional teams to drive complex initiatives
Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Develop a deep understanding of the clothing e-commerce and retail business—its vocabulary, growth opportunities, and the suite of systems, processes, and tools that enable it, with a focus on Supply.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure the Inventory vertical is aligned with the right systems and aligned with customer needs.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise-level B2B software applications.
Strong communication skills to evangelize product strategy and vision.
Ability to translate product strategy into roadmaps that drive results.
Innovative thinking to synthesize data from multiple sources, including analytics and user research, to identify key unmet needs and craft solutions.
Empathy towards customers (internal or external), capable of identifying and articulating customer problems, anticipating requirements, and influencing the team towards better outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred, MBA is a plus.
Experience in developing products within the Supply domain is a strong plus.
Domain knowledge in Supply and/or the fashion industry is beneficial but not mandatory

$145,000 - $160,000, Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
