We seek a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist within the hospitality sector to join the team. As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will be crucial in expanding the company’s presence in the hospitality sector. You will identify and connect with key decision-makers, develop potential client pipelines, and contribute to the brand's growth within the hospitality and contract markets. You will focus on building relationships that lead to new business opportunities and partnerships.                        


This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.             


What You'll Do
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial spaces.               
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company’s product offerings.                    
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.                   
  • Collaborate with your corporate partner and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.                        
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or presentations between leads and the sales team.          
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.                
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.                 


What You Need
  • Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably within the hospitality or furniture industry.               
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.           
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.                  
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools. (Monday, Microsoft Office)                
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.                   
  • Knowledge of the trade and contract sectors is a plus.                
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.       


Salary & Perks
  • Competitive salary.                
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.               
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.              
  • Work from home.                  
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - CST.
