The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Develop and implement a comprehensive technology experience enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals across multiple business units.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on the development and communication of a comprehensive technology strategy, which focuses on solution architecture and roadmap execution to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve technology user experience, with an emphasis on employee, agent, and customer-facing technology systems.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in technology experience management and apply AI solutions where it makes sense to significantly improve business outcomes (e.g., within the agent lifecycle management, underwriting portals, and integrations to sales/service platforms space).
Lead and oversee multiple technology initiatives in parallel within a complex and matrixed Experience Enablement Value Stream, ensuring alignment with business outcomes by working closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders across communications, marketing, advertising, and branding.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to define, plan, and deliver impactful technical solutions, focusing on application portfolio modernization and rationalization to reduce spending on obsolete technologies, prioritizing and re-directing funding to strategic platforms and initiatives.
Manage a talented and engaged team across a large portfolio of deliverables, driving experimentation and performance measurement to refine future capabilities and adjust roadmaps putting an emphasis on engineering excellence to implement technology processes and procedures to ensure that technology services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Streamline technology operations and improve technology backlogs, balancing quality, cost, and timelines while adhering to standards and addressing risks. Implement agile key performance indicators related to suboptimal technology deliverables and take action to address any issues or areas of improvements.
Innovate solutions internally and externally, benchmarking industry standards to maintain competitive technical knowledge.
Allocate technical resources effectively, including vendor management and offshore strategies.
Facilitate multi-team collaboration, removing obstacles and resolving conflicts to enhance team performance.
Build strong relationships across Value Streams and business areas, influencing executive leadership.
15+ years of leadership experience in leading, mentoring leaders and managing large teams up to 200+ internal and external technology resources.
Extensive expertise in digital experiences, including Marketing Tech, Access and Identity, Agency Lifecycle Management, Digital Brand, and Employee Experience.
Expert knowledge in leveraging AI and ML technologies developing machine learning models, defining, and designing required data integrations, and ensuring model adherence to legal and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in User Experience and AWS for cloud journey, simplification, and modernization.
Proficiency in Salesforce sales and services processes and integrations; knowledge of underwriting platforms used by agents and underwriters (e.g., Guidewire a plus).
Effective communication skills to update business and technology executives while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong technical skills paired with a strategic mindset.
Proven analytical skills; adept at making data-driven decisions.
In-depth knowledge of the business, with the ability to forge partnerships, consult on priorities, and optimize solutions aligned with business goals.
