The Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will bring leadership, mentorship, and sales coaching to a team of full-cycle Account Executives. You should have a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams by raising-the-bar with new hires, setting team goals, motivating reps, and developing a passionate group of professionals.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary, commissions, and stock options. The expected OTE is $177,000 - 192,000. The commission structure will be tied to the achievement of revenue & retention targets.

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.
