As an Accounts & Admin Officer at Twoconnect, you’ll join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining financial accuracy while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Your role will encompass day-to-day bookkeeping tasks—think data entry and keeping our financial records pristine. You’ll be the mastermind behind managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring our invoicing and payments are consistently timely. With your strong understanding of accounting principles, you’ll conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards using our advanced accounting systems. Communicating with suppliers will also be a key part of your responsibilities; you’ll address inquiries, manage invoices, and maintain a steady flow of information. Month-end closing activities will see you preparing insightful reports and verifying account balances, all while providing vital support to our finance team. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and experience in bookkeeping—especially in the outdoor, trailer, or manufacturing sectors—you’re already ahead of the game! We value proficiency in accounting software like Xero or QuickBooks, as well as strong communication skills to liaise effectively with our suppliers and internal departments.
