Job Summary
This is a test engineering role is in the Product Integrity department of the Power Management business unit. This team executes test cases to meet the design validation phase of the New Product Development (NPD) process. Products may have a regional scope or a global scope.
The Test Engineer will design, plan, track and direct all test activities for Vertiv Product Development (VPD) programs and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projects; develop test cases, conduct test cases, and review test data. Participate in weekly project meeting by providing schedule updates. Participate in project planning activities to define the scope and schedule of the project. Troubleshoot equipment and units under test. Setup and conduct tests to support field issues.
