Vibe builds the Google Ads of Streaming. Democratizing access to Streaming Advertising for Small and Medium Businesses.

Our mission is to become the infrastructural backbone of the streaming advertising industry by building a more efficient & transparent marketplace than the current standard.

Vibe was founded in 2022 by two repeat entrepreneurs, engineers and adtech veterans, Arthur Querou (ex YCombinator) & Franck Tetzlaff (Doctolib Founder - $6B valuation e-health scaleup).

In its first 18 months, Vibe managed to:

  • Onboard over 2,000 clients

  • Achieve >$20M Revenue

  • Run over 1B ad impressions on TV

In 2024, we plan to achieve $60M revenue, and over $200M in 2025.

Our ultimate goal is to help 1,000,000 businesses to advertise on TV.

Your Mission:

As a Technical Account Manager on Vibe’s Supply Team, you will manage relationships with key publishers, ensure optimal supply performance, and support inventory optimization efforts for our advertiser campaigns. This role combines technical expertise, strategic account management, and analytical skills to drive results for both Vibe and our partners.

What You’ll Do:

Account Management

  • Conduct monthly business reviews (MBRs) and weekly performance check-ins with preferred publishers, including Tier 1 and Tier 2+ partners (e.g., Samsung, Philo, DirecTV, Tubi).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers to ensure long-term success and collaboration.

  • Negotiate rates and commitments to maximize value for both publishers and Vibe.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and track supply performance metrics, such as conversion rates (CVR) and publisher commitments, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Identify anomalies and address performance issues proactively.

  • Partner with internal teams to optimize inventory for performance-focused advertising models, ensuring high-quality supply.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain publisher reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Use tools like SQL and Looker to analyze supply data, supporting research and development efforts to improve inventory quality.

  • Present actionable insights and strategies to publishers during MBRs, fostering collaboration and performance improvements.

Technical Expertise

  • Collaborate with publishers to prioritize direct integration pipelines and troubleshoot technical issues related to ad servers and integrations.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales and performance teams to secure deals and source high-quality inventory.

  • Develop strategies for inventory optimization and resolve ad server challenges effectively.

Campaign Management

  • Set up and monitor campaigns for key partners as needed, ensuring seamless execution and performance.

We’d Love to Work With You If:

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Partner Solutions, or a related role in the AdTech or CTV industry.

  • You have hands-on experience with SSPs, CTV ad servers, or similar technologies.

  • You have advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing complex datasets.

  • You are familiar with Looker or comparable data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights.

  • You have a strong understanding of AdTech technologies, including OpenRTB, programmatic platforms, and ad servers.

  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with external partners and internal teams.

  • You bring a sharp analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing performance.

  • You have proven negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable rates and commitments.

  • You have a well-established professional network in the CTV or AdTech ecosystem, a plus!

  • You have experience managing Tier 1 accounts or working closely with major publishers.
