BCBA (Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

As a BCBA at Vibrant ABA, your primary responsibilities include conducting assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You’ll collaborate with families and caregivers to create meaningful goals and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans. Plus, you will provide direct supervision of Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensure the clinical integrity of treatment programs, and work with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve the best outcomes for your clients.

Additionally, you should have an LBA credential (or be eligible for one) in New York State.
