Village Green is searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our Leasing Sales Consultant team and be our award-winning apartment communities' first point of contact. Prior multi-family environment experience is preferred; however, those with luxury retail sales or hospitality experience who are willing to be trained in the multi-family environment as a leasing consultant are welcome to apply. If you have persuasive sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and negotiating abilities, and are customer service-oriented, this may be your perfect role!

Our ideal Sales Associate has 1-2 years of sales experience in hospitality, retail, or a minimum of 1-year of experience in a multi-family environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. The ability to work weekends is necessary. An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred. Join our team today!
