The Corporate IT Digital Media Engineering team is looking for a seasoned team leader who is passionate about how to shape Visa’s future way of working and collaborating. This candidate is a thought leader who is highly motivated in figuring out how to transform Visa into the best place to work, communicate, and collaborate. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application life cycles from conception to deployment to operations. This candidate will have a deep technical knowledge of video meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex. In addition to workplace technology and live event platforms such as QSC, Mural, Appspace, Swoogo, On24, VBrick, and CXAI. It is essential this candidate understands best practices in enterprise application life cycle and development. This candidate has the ability to always stay ahead of company policies and industry trends.
This role will be highly collaborative and responsible for key partnerships with IT Support, IT Engineering, PMO, Facilities, Construction and Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, Visa University, vendors, and other key Visa stakeholders. This person will be a key driver in implementing new technologies and innovative solutions throughout all of Visa. It’s very important for this candidate to have a positive can-do attitude, incredibly organized, tenacity in solving problems, strong team player, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $152,200 to $220,850 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
