Visa Corporate Technology Support has embarked on a significant transformation, rethinking how we provide operational support for the services we deliver to our end users. The Sr. Manager, Events and Video Production Operations leads the Events and Video Production Support team, ensuring seamless end-to-end event operations, including live streaming, video production, and on-site support. This role oversees coordination with Executive IT and external vendors to deliver high-quality, impactful events. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, managing the team, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
