We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our CEO and leadership team to help scale SuperDial through its next phase of growth. You’ll be a force multiplier—driving strategic initiatives, aligning teams, managing internal operations, and supporting high-impact projects across every function.
This is a high-trust, high-visibility role ideal for someone with a consulting background (MBB preferred) who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to take an active role in building a venture-backed AI startup from the ground up.
About the Role:
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO—help prioritize initiatives, drive decision-making, and ensure execution across functions
Lead cross-functional execution—keep teams focused and aligned on company-wide priorities
Own and execute special projects across GTM, product, operations, and culture
Support fundraising and investor relations—build board materials, analyze key metrics, and shape investor communications
Develop and streamline internal operating processes to improve speed, clarity, and scale
Research, evaluate, and establish partnerships across healthcare, AI, and RCM markets
Tackle high-priority challenges across hiring, finance, strategy, and beyond—you’ll jump in wherever needed
About You:
3+ years of experience, including time at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
Experience in startups, healthcare, or AI is a strong plus
Exceptional problem-solving skills—you’re comfortable turning ambiguity into clarity
Strong analytical instincts—you know how to structure data and insights to drive decisions
Excellent communication skills—you can translate complexity into crisp, actionable insights
High ownership mentality—you move fast, stay organized, and get things done
Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re flexible, curious, and excited to help build something from the ground up
