Chief of Staff

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our CEO and leadership team to help scale SuperDial through its next phase of growth. You’ll be a force multiplier—driving strategic initiatives, aligning teams, managing internal operations, and supporting high-impact projects across every function.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role ideal for someone with a consulting background (MBB preferred) who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to take an active role in building a venture-backed AI startup from the ground up.

About the Role:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO—help prioritize initiatives, drive decision-making, and ensure execution across functions

  • Lead cross-functional execution—keep teams focused and aligned on company-wide priorities

  • Own and execute special projects across GTM, product, operations, and culture

  • Support fundraising and investor relations—build board materials, analyze key metrics, and shape investor communications

  • Develop and streamline internal operating processes to improve speed, clarity, and scale

  • Research, evaluate, and establish partnerships across healthcare, AI, and RCM markets

  • Tackle high-priority challenges across hiring, finance, strategy, and beyond—you’ll jump in wherever needed

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience, including time at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain

  • Experience in startups, healthcare, or AI is a strong plus

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills—you’re comfortable turning ambiguity into clarity

  • Strong analytical instincts—you know how to structure data and insights to drive decisions

  • Excellent communication skills—you can translate complexity into crisp, actionable insights
