WelbeHealth is looking for a Customer Success Associate to act as a liaison between participants and the care team, focusing on onboarding and ongoing support for seniors in the PACE program.

  • Attend required meetings and committees

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or relevant field preferred
