Regional Maintenance Technician II (Multiple MA and NH Sites)

WinnCompanies is looking for a Regional Maintenance Technician II to assist multiple different residential communities in the Southern MA to Southern NH area.

This Regional role may be assigned to any property in the portfolio and is expected to work at multiple sites based on the need. You will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. This job requires a highly diversified base of knowledge and skills in Maintenance needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives. With your strong expertise, you will lead Maintenance Technicians I and II.

The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

• Diagnose, problem solve and make repairs in such areas as, but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, and basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Lead and train Maintenance Technician I and II.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company operating procedures. Ensure vacant apartments are prepared for occupancy and market ready in accordance to company standards.
• Complete repairs to units, building exterior, building systems and common areas based on direction from Senior Maintenance and Property Manager.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping and trash management activities.

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• A reliable vehicle
• Must have your own hand tools
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time within assigned territory with occasional overnight stay.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.

• Vocational or technical training.
• CAMT, OSHA 10 certified, EPA certification.
• REAC and NPIRE inspection experience.
