Position Summary:
The Senior Programs Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring the success of WomenHeart’s volunteer and programmatic initiatives. This position oversees key aspects of the WomenHeart Champions program, including engagement, continuing education, and evaluation, while also supporting broader programmatic initiatives and special projects. The Senior Associate helps ensure smooth program execution by tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members and consultants. Additionally, they play a lead role in program evaluation, data analysis, and workflow documentation to improve efficiency and impact.
